- The Resourcing department of a UK financial services client wanted to analyse the effectiveness of their recruitment and retention strategy within one of their specialist divisions. Working with Stephanie Wheeler Associates, a structured research report was produced examining the current recruitment environment and trends within the specialist market, and exploring opportunities and ideas around how to resource, attract and retain specialist staff in the future.
- To aid annual business development planning, the business development team within a large UK professional services firm commissioned a competitor analysis benchmarking report, to help analyse their existing competitive position within the UK marketplace. A data analysis overview was produced, showing the clients' and their competitors' existing share of the market, and highlighting potential areas for growth and development.
- The in-house research team of a UK professional services firm required additional support with a large external client project. The project was looking to gather best practice examples of the internal business function operations of players within selected UK market sectors. Research briefs, detailing best practice examples and principles, were produced to assist the client facing project team with final analysis and conclusions.
- General research capacity support, covering all manner of topics, as well as source and research methodology advice, is provided to several in-house business research teams on a continual basis.
